Central location, friendly staff. It was easy to get to rembrandtplein and artis zoo was also very close to this place.
-
location is quite okay - about 15/20 mins walk to the Centraal station; breakfast is buffet style - decent to be included in the price
room/washroom is small; very preliminary place to stay; a bit cold in the room(no thermostat to adjust the temperature of the heater)
-
Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, good shower
Toilet position in the bathroom was very uncomfortable
-
locaition, value for price

Probably one of the best costs versus service provided found in Amsterdam. It´s close to the train station and friendly staff.
Even if you ask for a double bed room, they´ll put two single beds together - but that seems to be quite common all over europe. There´s no air cond.in the room, no free internet and the location is ok. Considering that Amsterdam is such a small town, I would stay somewhere closer to the touristic attractions in the city next time, but overrall, this is a good hotel to stay - would recommend.

Nice, clean and affordable. Also, located not far from the central station and the city center which is a big plus. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We were traveling with our 9 month old son, so we got an easily accessible room with a baby's bed, extra blankets and such - big bonus!

Rooms are small, but ok for single travellers, tv set is great in most rooms, hotel is quiet through nights as romms are not situated on the streetside. Staff has always been friendly, though some of them don't speak dutch very wll, but hey this Amsterdam.
Rooms differ in size and are not all modernized. So you might end up in room 100 which has a small tv set and not refubished bathroom.

clean hotel, very good location & helpful staff

Delighted to get a double room when booked for a single. Generous space for Amsterdam. Great rate though I guess it was mid-January. Good breakfast of the Dutch type. Vending machine sells Heineken.
Shower was a little temperamental and periodically scolded me.

The location is about 20-25 minutes walk to the train station. Not very far to the tour places. The breakfast is O.K.
Some staff are O.K. but some not so warm. My room is small and at the corner. The heating is not enough at night.

there wasnt anything to comment on really I guess the tv was nice
the breakfast in the morning was terrible only the apple juice was nice the heating wasnt that good either
-
Breakfast, cheap and fast Internet, and staff
size of the room, noise coming from the street, cold room, cleanness of the room was not so high
-
Location close to major tram lines and the Opera. Nothing good worth mentioning as far as the hotel itself is concerned.
Too small room, too small bathroom (toilet bowl strategically positioned for most uncomfortable use by a tall person), no shower gel after the second day, faulty shower faucet, questionable cleanliness, no internet included, poor breakfast for having to pay extra for, and, most of all, exorbitantly priced for what it offers (or doesn't offer). A hostel just might be a better choice.

The room were extremely small and overpriced

Everything was fine - for my needs it was a good location
When I paid for my stay in cash the day i checked in , the girl at the desk wouldn't give me a receipt that concerned me as you can imagine, as i had no proof i paid. Also it would have been nice to be able to get to my room earlier.
